Mr. Shripal Shah is the Executive / Promoter Director of the Company and Vice President of the Merchant Banking Division. He is a Management Graduate and CFA Charter Holder. After a brief stint with JP Morgan Chase, he joined his family business of stock broking and later took over Aryaman Financial Services Limited in 2007-08. He has been instrumental in expanding the company’s merchant banking operations and overall business growth.
Shreyas Shah is one of the promoter group directors of the company. He holds a Management degree and LLB from Mumbai University and has several years of experience in the field of investments and financial markets. Since joining the company in 2013, he has played a key role in expanding business networks and strengthening client relationships.
Mr. Deepak Biyani is the Vice President of the Merchant Banking Division. He holds a B.Com degree and an MBA in Finance. Having joined Aryaman Financial Services Limited in 2006, he has been involved in drafting offer documents, regulatory compliance, due diligence and supervision of merchant banking operations. He has managed or co-managed numerous open offers, public issues and rights issues.
Ms. Reenal Khandelwal is the Whole-time Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of Aryaman Financial Services Limited and its subsidiaries. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and an MBA in Finance from DAVV University, Indore, and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS). Her responsibilities include overseeing legal compliance, regulatory interactions with SEBI, RBI and stock exchanges, and handling investor grievance mechanisms.
Vatsal Ganatra is Assistant Vice President in the Merchant Banking Division and part of the business development team at Aryaman Financial Services Limited. A commerce graduate and LLB from Mumbai University, he has significant experience in capital markets and merchant banking. His role includes handling end-to-end processes for public offerings, DRHP filings, regulatory liaison with stock exchanges, and maintaining investor relations.
