Mr. Shripal Shah is the Executive / Promoter Director of the Company and is also the Vice President of the Merchant Banking Division. He is a Management Graduate (BMS - 7th Rank in Maharashtra Board and is a CFA Charter Holder (CFA Institute, USA). After a brief stint with JP Morgan Chase, he joined his family business of Stock Broking and later took over Aryaman Financial Services Limited. He has been instrumental in the growth of the company and handles business development, regulatory liaison, issue marketing, coordination with intermediaries, and overall supervision of operations.
Shreyas Shah is one of our promoter group directors. He is a Management Graduate and holds an LLB degree from Mumbai University. He has over 5 years of experience in investments and finance and has been actively involved in business development and building industry networks.
Damini Baid, CS, is an Independent Director with experience in compliance, governance, and regulatory affairs. As a Company Secretary, she provides strong oversight, ensures regulatory compliance, and contributes to strategic direction and sustainable growth.
Mr. Darshit Parikh is a Non-Executive Independent Director. He holds degrees in Commerce and Law and is an Associate Member of ICSI. He has worked with KJS Group, Sahara Group, NSE India, and Ragini Choksi & Co.
Ms. Kajal Chhatwal is a Non-Executive Independent Director. She is a Commerce graduate with a diploma in fashion designing and has experience in both design and teaching.
